A great complex. Management is very kind and quite responsive, maintenance is efficient (and if there is anything wrong with their first job, they are quick to come back and resolve the issue), apartments are comfortable and decently priced for the location. Overall, I really enjoy it here.

Very disorganized management and seldom has time for you once your've signed your lease. Very poor PR skills. There is one cocky skinny weasel just hired in the office who thinks he's President of the White House or something. Very condesending & disrespectful to tenants with concerns or problems.



Apartments are very old and noisy and in need a complete make over. I would not advise this apartment complex to anyone who wants to settle down for a few years, it's really aweful.
