I am currently 8 months pregnant and use this taxi service several times a month to take me to and from court in fairfield ($40 each way). When I called them today to take me to my prenatal appointment I scheduled a pick up time of 11am. They showed up 10 min early and I let them know I would be ready at 11. When I came outside I could see the taxi in my apartments parking lot so I proceeded to try to get my 1 year old and her stroller down my stairs. (we live on the second floor) The driver waited for me to get to the bottom and then DROVE OFF. When I called the call center the woman was extremely rude and unprofessional and told me they had been waiting (because they chose to show up 10 minutes before I requested) then HUNG UP ON ME once I asked to talk to someone in charge. When I called back she threatened to have the police come to my house (which I doubt they would come for something like this but still extremely unprofessional and unnecessary). Ended up having to reschedule my prenatal appointment and will no longer be using their services as well as making sure to save all my family, friends, and acquaintances similar troubles and letting them know to choose another company. Do no recommend, completely unprofessional.
