Update:. Thank you Tropical Looks and Nicole (not the original person I saw) for redoing my hair at no charge and making it look amazing, I love it and will definitely come back to see Nicole.
****************************************************************I had my hair done last Thursday and I'm not happy with it at all. The only thing I like is the cut the color and highlights are not what I was expecting.
The hair color of brown I picked, I was told you didn't have, I wanted blonde and red highlights. Only had blonde which today you can hardly see. After sitting in the chair from 2:30 to after 6pm and the money I paid I would have expected a wow factor. I sent a message to the owner with messenger and no response.
I would give my review a big 0.
I hope anyone going to this salon checks reviews first before going.

This place is horrible! I got a very expensive treatment that did nothing to my hair and when i tried to complain and get my money back they were very rude and tried to blame it on me saying maybe i dont take care of my hair?! They refused to give me my money back and treated me like garbage

I travel a lot, and let me tell you I wish I could bring Tropical Looks where ever I went. I cannot find the same quality servise and satisfaction anywhere else. Let me tell you Tropical looks is the only place I get my waxing done. It is fast, and easy. When I visit my home town, I always return to tropical looks for my waxing and tanning needs!
