I would not recommend using the Kelly Company! We rented a house from them and had nothing but problems. The toilets didn't work right if at all and when I told them about it, they did nothing. The hole house was infested with ants, so bad they were coming out of the sink overflow, light fixtures, coming out of cabinets, and once again they did nothing. They would not respond to me unless I wrote them. They did not fix a single thing that was their responsibility to fix. We were only there for 7 months, it wasn't a healthy place to live (and I have children) and they didn't care. They are so incompetent of doing their job. I hope I can save you from a huge headache! It's been a year and I'm still dealing with them. They are now suing me, trying to get me to pay for what they should have taken care of when I was living in it.
