Simpson Dura-Vent Co. is one of the leading producers of hearth venting products in North America, with manufacturing facilities in Vacaville, Calif., and Vicksburg, Miss. Simpson Dura-Vent offers many venting solutions for the hearth industry, including chimney and stovepipes for wood stoves, venting for gas fireplaces and venting systems for pellet stoves. All of its products are made in the United States. The company, previously known as Dura-Vent, dates back to the 1960s. It became Simpson Dura-Vent in 1982 when the company was purchased by Simpson Manufacturing, a manufacturer of metal connectors and joist hangers. Simpson Dura-Vent Co. went public in 1994.
