I bought a coupon that was really excited for but NOBODY knows how to answer phones at their salon. Only when you start leaving a nasty voice message will they pick up so customers won't hear the bad stuff I needed to say. I'm cutting my losses and going somewhere that knows how to run a business. Never will you get any referrals or good reviews from me! False advertising and learn how to take responsibility of your business/employees! Ugh
