I could not believe I paid $30 for 2 meals. I don’t know what’s going on with chicken shack it’s been a long time since I went. The last they had smelt and the cashier was so nice polite and professional but what shocked me more. Is he told me he had never met the owner!! And had been working for over 3 months. The owner should know all employees and be in that store or fast food place every week at least. Checking meeting and greeting new employees as well the customers. Our chicken was chewy and not like the golden brown chicken shack i remember. My recommendation is that the owner step up and get in there and help. Won’t be returning that’s for sure 😢

Great food

We were so excited to finally have a Chicken Shack nearby! This location definitely exceeded our expectations! Food is excellent.(made to order so it is always hot and fresh), staff is efficient and friendly. The restaurant itself is super clean and more "upscale" than others. Nice decoration, TV's etc... so you can even sit down and enjoy instead of taking a carry out to go.

We grew up eating from the Warren Chicken shack. Now that we live near Shelby, we were happy to see one open close to us. The restaurant is beautiful. Staff are super friendly; I have been 3 times so far and every time I walk in I am greeted with a smile. Food is made to order so, unless you call in ahead of time, you may wait a few minutes, but that's why it tastes so fresh! Their cole slaw is the best and potatoes are true Chicken Shack potatoes. My daughter is 2 and cleans her plate any time we eat there. Needless to say, we will be recommending this location to everyone!

I was excited to see a chicken shack going in by me since I love their food. Some of the other locations leave a bit to be desired in terms of decor, etc., but this one is really nice! Feels like an upscale fast casual type of restaurant unlike the rest of them. Service was a little slow when they first opened which I guess is to be expected but it has gotten better and better each week. Seems to be dialed in now and the food is good as always!

I ordered ahead still waited over 45 minutes and no one noticed me. I spoke up when I heard others orders being served that came in after me... There were 10 people in the kitchen and they had no idea what they were doing - lacked direction and management. Lots of confusion in general. I get home with my order and could tell it had been made and sat there... Onion rings were cold. Potatoes room temp. They let it set there because they had no idea where it went. You'd think they'd have it together before opening. Unreal!!!
