I'm from Omaha NE, and this place is almost 3 hours away. I was having trouble finding a part for my 2003 mazda, no auto parts store in Omaha had it, and none of the dealerships did either. on a whim i started checking dealerships in iowa to no avail, and when i called them i got the response "Yep! we got it!"



I called ahead and double checked that they actually had the part, and when i showed the guy at the parts department had it waiting for me. It may be a long ways to drive, but I am definitely buying my next car here!!!

I dropped my car off for basic body panel work, a dashboard bulb replacement, a cd stuck in the changer, oil change, and tire rotation. I dropped it off on a monday with a promise to have it done by Friday. I don't hear anything until Friday morning when they call and say they can't fix the cd changer and they don't have the bulb. Ok, so at least the body will be fixed. I pick up the car, and after waiting 20 min for them to clean the car (knew I was coming all day) I go outside to leave and see a defect in the paint job on the new panel.



Bulb: failure. Cd changer: failure. Body work: failure.



So, in 5 days of "work", all that was successfully accomplished was the oil change and tire rotation. This could have been done at Jiffy Lube, Tires Plus, or any other of a hundred places in less than an hour. Now I need to bring it back for another week and have them redo the entire job they were supposed to get done this week. Awesome place.
