I went there for ankle foot orthotics and the service was excellent. The braces fit very well and have allowed me to continue my career. I have walked in without an appointment for minor service or to get pads replaced and was given fast, competent and totally satisfactory service. My Grandmother Phyllis Fister, had been treated for years by 3 seperate Ortho's. Two out of Fort Dodge and one we traveled 160 miles to Des moines for many months to get the right fit on her prothetic. She was in a lot of pain and discomfort, no matter what she was doing. After she was finally ready to give up she gave Jonas a chance. Thanks goodness for him, We went just 2 times and she had a beautiful fit and finally comfort. We were so grateful. This guy knows what he was doing. My grandma said she wished they all knew the same thing, it could have saved a lot of aggrivation. Thanks Jonas!!

I saw Ted there, he was really nice and understanding, but it took forever to get me my brace. They told me it would take 2 weeks and it tooks 2 months??? I went there based on my dr.'s recommendation and I wish I hadn't. The girls at the front were nice.

Chladek tends to have the product you are looking for or are able to procure it for you in a reasonable amount of time. Their insurance service leaves a lot to be desired though. I made a purchase there on 5/13/2008 and it is now 7/29/2008 and I have yet to receive my reimbursement from my insurance company for the purchase. This shows me a degree of incompetence.
