Thank you I really really appreciate the fast service that you provided. I only have one car so the fact that they were able to return my car right away was awesome.

They stayed on schedule and were very courteous.

The service was good and the work performed was clearly explained. I recently paid close to $300.00 to have my brakes replaced at Rons Automotive, in Urbana. I had to take my vehicle back due to my rear brake drums smoking. Even after taking my vehicle to Rons a second time, the work completed was still wrong. For this reason, I took my vehicle to PDR who repaired my brakes correctly. Although I still had to pay for a new complete brake job, I'm happy with the work completed.

I had requested that they put a couple of used tires on my vehicle and they went above and beyond the actual task and double checked that the tires were in good enough shape to be put on. They actually found a couple of problems with the tires that would have resulted in serious problems had they installed them as I had requested. So thankful they took time to go the extra mile!
