Located in Urbana Illinois, Berns, Clancy and Associates is a multi-disciplinary consulting firm concentrating in civil engineering, urban planning, traffic engineering, transportation planning and engineering, agricultural engineering, hydrology, drainage, environmental engineering, municipal engineering, construction administration and surveying services. Since it's founding in 1975, Berns, Clancy and Associates has grown steadily to its current staff of approximately 28 employees; these include 8 Professional Engineers, Surveyors, and Planners. Of these employees, eight are graduate Civil Engineers, one is also an Attorney, and two are graduate Agricultural Engineers. This staffing gives us the flexibility to provide fast, efficient service while maintaining the personal involvement and attention of our principals and senior staff members. The size of Berns, Clancy and Associates as well as the organization of our offices, provides excellent communication between the support staff, professionals and principals. Our principles are involved in day-to-day decisions and design operations and they quickly address and resolve concerns.
