I called at 7:20 AM today, expecting to leave a msg... However the owner answered and he had a job he needed to finish before he could get to me. By 5:30 pm he was here and less then an hour later done! So reasonable, efficient, I will never call anyone else with a pump/well/water issue. Thank You Jim's!!!

I pump water from my pond up to the house to water my garden and animals. When the system broke down Joe came out the next day and fixed it right up. Reasonably priced and worth every penny. Top of my list.

Our float valve was not working properly and our water was electrified! Joe was friendly, professional, and got our problem corrected quickly. So glad that he was willing to come out to our remote location and provide us with a good solution at a fair price.

After calling and leaving messages with over seven pump repair companies in the Mendocino and Lake County area, Joe (the owner of Jim's Pumps & Repair) was the first, and only one of three to actually respond. I would add, the other two companies didn't return my call for nearly two days. That said, Joe showed up when promised and within a couple of minutes determined that a faulty capacitor on our pump saver was the source of our problem. Joe is clearly very skilled and a zero defect kind of guy...well-manned, courteous, fast and efficient. Which is why I happily recommend Jim's Pump & Repair without hesitation or reservation. And if you reside in the country and depend on a well, Joe may very well be the best contact you've ever made.

Jim worked with me on a well that had been thru the valley fire. He was great to work with. He came up with a really good solution for my problem. He also got back to me when I called and was on time and does clean work. I would highly recommend him to anybody looking for a good well repair person.
