I tried a class with Team Diamond and everyone made me feel welcome. The classes were intense but I love it. They did tell me to work my own pace but since I'm so competitive I just couldn't. I decided to sign up because how everyone made me feel,also because it's a fun place to train, and not to mention the knowledge that the instructors have.

Team Diamond is a great martial arts gym for the whole family. My kids are in the Little Warriors Muay Thai Class which is vey popular in that area because they take kids as young as 2 1/2 years of age which a lot of martial arts gyms don't take so young. My wife does the Cardio Kickboxing this is a great class to get in shape and don't want to have the contact of sparring, in this class they have thought my wife the basics of Muay Thai Kickboxing and MMA. My older son and I take the MMA Class which is great for the father and son bonding,what we like is that they break down each technique step by step, most of all it's affordable for a family of 5. I definitely encourage for any one that one to learn martial arts to give Team Diamond a try

I really enjoy training with Team Diamond I'm glad they got rid of Malaipet don't take me wrong as a Muay Thai fighter is good but as a trainer he's terrible all he would have us do is run in circles for 20 minutes while he was talking on the phone or people that was there and then he would have us do kick and wouldn't try to correct you and if you had any questions he was to busy talking on the phone that was pretty much it. Now that he's not there I have seen the difference all the all Instructors came back and they actually take the time to teach you and they have so much patience and they actually break down each movement for you so you can understand it. I would definitely recommend Team Diamond who ever wants to learn Muay Thai and MMA I also like the enviroment they treat everyone like family from the very first time you walk in. Come and check them out and their prices are very reasonable specially right now with economy being the way it is
