New management staff is extremely rude... There insufficient parking. If you have a guest (or have more than one car in your family) they will either have to park on the street outside or try their luck searching for a spot in the complex (good luck if it is a weekend or after 5pm during the week). There is no reason for this community to have a gate, because it is usually open and free for anyone to come in and out. There are many nice apartment communities in the Upland area... for the price you can do much better. Don't waste your time at Mountain Springs.
