Friendly front desk; very competent and fast service; I switched out my wife's factory radio/cd player with a quality JVC system (with usb, etc.) in less than an hour for about $270.

BUYER BEWARE!!!!!

So I had called in and asked how much it would cost to install 4 speakers I had already purchased. The man I spoke with on the phone said it would be $35 which was pretty much the standard for most car audio places I had called. So I drove down there and found the guy I had spoke with on the phone and he looked at my car, the inside, the trunk and further confirmed that it would be $35. Unfortunately, I didn't have time to install them that day and said I would be by tomorrow to get them installed.

So I drove down there the following day. Tell me why there was another man there (looked like the owner) and asked me how much I was quoted. I said $35 and he just shook his head and said "No no no... $55." I asked him if he would honor the quote of the other guy and he continued to shake his head.

How is it that one guy WHO WORKS THERE quote one price and when you go back, another guy can quote and ENTIRELY DIFFERENT PRICE????

Shop around. There are plenty of honest stereo places that one try to rip you off. Some RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET.
