I went through the carwash, then went across the street to do some shopping. When I came out W-M I notices that the tires on the passage’s side had not been treated with the protecting solution. I returned to the carwash and talked to the rep on site. The rep informed me that I had waited to long (about 1hr) to return and he could not help. I request to speak to the manager. The rep called the manager on the phone and I explained my prospective to him. He said he could not help because I could have wiped the tires and returned for a free carwash. I informed the manager that this was not about the $9, but about getting what I paid for. I also informed him I would find some www and rate his inaction. At that point I think he said something like “do what you gotta do”… so here is my rating
