Went there for an insurance rental with few options. There was a vehicle that I requested was told that someone was picking it up the next day. As a business minded person myself if you have a customer right in front of you that will be keeping the vehicle about 3 wks the profit from it is right there, also there was time to find another vehicle by the next day. I thought that was very unprofessional. I had trouble with the vehicle they gave me which was cleaned in a hurry because it'd just came in when I could've had the one that was there and ready. I spoke with Star about all this all I was offered was a free day but I had to rent the vehicle for 2 or 3 days in order to get the 1 free day. Well that's not customer service to me. I had a problem before that wasn't to this magnitude and was given a free weekend with no strings attached. Also; instead of a $50 deposit I had to pay $75 there which was a first for an insurance rental, I will never rent from Union City again!!!!

Excellent customer service both greeter and agent. The car I was given was a great choice for the value. They even offered to give me a ride and I gladly took them up on the offer.

The experience was great the staff helped me choose the vehicle that fit my needs and had me out the door rolling in approximately 20 minutes!

I was sent to Enterprise by Statefarm. I usually use Budget which I love. My car was hit and filed a claim with the other party insurance. My car was repaired the day after I received finger surgery therefore I couldn't bring the car back on the same day which in turn end up costing me big time. State farm ended the contract the same day my car was repaired and Enterprise called two days later and demand payment. I wish I would have used my insurance and just sued the other person insurance. I returned the car high on pain reliever and had to eat cost of 150 cause enterprise wanted me to clean the car and gas it up hell I surprised I made it there without killing myself and others in traffic. I even left my repaired car at the shop til I got some one else to pick it up. I wish would have just done everything differently bad experience all around for me.
