I’ve been going to this place for over 20 years as well as other members of my family. I know they get busy at times but their service is, on average, good from all of my experiences.

Went there to have them balanced, because of 'wiggleing' at higher speeds. It turned out there were dirt clumps inside the alu rims. Tires were fine. They did not charge me anything. New tires mounted on time while waiting. Twice last year. Nothing to complain. Wife busted one tire at curb (her own fault). They replaced it with a new one AND the opposite tire as well. Only cost Some 15.- for one warranty extension. Personnel = friendly. BTW Highly recommend to buy warranty, anywhere - it's worth it.

Poor customer service. Not satisfied with their job. I've many complaints about this place but I'll keep it to myself in fairness to the company. I'll just stop going to this branch.
