Provided by YP.comI've been here a few times, and each time I have had a great experience. The guy that runs the place is very friendly and not your typical snub nose mechanic that acts like you're stupid because you don't know what they know. I brought my car in unexpectedly because of a serious issue I was having. They pulled my car in, talked me through the issue, and really went out of their way to make sure I spent as less as possible getting it fixed.

We understand the difficulties and stress when a person has issues with their transportation, which is why we do our level best to be accommodating when there is an emergency situation such as yours. We are also glad to have kept the pricing as low as possible for you. We charge real time, not flat book rates for repairs. We also bill out parts under the retail price. We try to give our customers every break we can.

Provided by YPmobileI have never posted a review before. I've trusted them for a long time but the last two visits are unforgivable. It was almost as if they were taking something out on my car. Two of the four rims were dragged across the concrete scraping and scratching beyond anything I ever seen, and the jack right through the plastic over for the fuel lines. Unbelievable. Reckless and as if the mechanic was taking his world frustrations out on my car. I'm not fussy but this was uncalled for.
George, thank you for leaving a review. We were not aware that we had any reviews on Yellow Pages until today, or we would have replied sooner. Our apologies for any damage to your rims and vehicle. Our guys are usually overly cautious and careful not to damage anything. I am certain that if you had pointed the damage out, we would have made things right, as we take responsibility when we have done something wrong.

Provided by YP.comFirst Id like to say they got one star from me cuz this site doesnt give an option to not give a star. Took my car here for an inspection. After doing business with this company for 20 yrs, I never expected an issue. Well, long story short, due to the fact that the tie rod on the car was loose, they wouldnt inspect it. Hey thats fine its a safety issue. But they didnt say any of that. They were rude, belittling, and ignored me when I was trying to ask a question. I was so stunned at the rudeness I experienced that I jusr left. So, for all of you looking to get any work done do NOT go to Sidney Tire. Aparently they dont need my money. Will never do business here again.

Provided by YP.comI just took my car there for an alignment because my car was pulling to the right. They took the time to explain what they were doing and how it affected my car. While my car was there they checked all my fluids and topped them off without charging me. I think I have found my new shop!!!

Provided by YP.comDO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!! After over a decade of using Sidney Tire I can say my last visit will be the very last. I dropped my car off to have tires installed. Usually I wait, this time I could not as I have a small child. After 41/2 hours and numerous calls the car was finally done. When I went to pick it up it was out of gas and had been "test driven" 11 miles!!! WHAT? I specifically told them NOT to test drive my car. It’s new and a tad on the fancy side. I didn’t have an alignment or any other work done to warrant a test drive. Just tires!! I confronted the owner and he told me HE drove it to the Deli. They were doing asphalt on Route 7, my car is white...are you kidding me? Why drive it ANYWHERE??? I measured the distance to the deli. Even at 3 trips it doesn’t add up!! They have definitely lost my family’s business forever and possibly warranting a formal complaint to the Better Business Bureau!!!
Thank you for leaving a review. Sorry we did not respond to your review in a timely manner, and apologies for disappointing you 8 years ago. Being disrespectful of a customers time and vehicle is not most certainly not something we are in the habit of doing. And, you are right that mounting tires would ordinarily not warrant taking the vehicle for a test drive afterwards. Perhaps they noticed something during the tire installation that warranted checking? We do not drive customers vehicles around on a whim, or take them for joy rides. Again, our apologies for past behavior. Our hope is that you would come back in and give us a chance to regain your trust.

Provided by YP.comRidiculous prices, rude employees. I was quoted over eight hundred bucks for exhaust work that Cole Muffler wanted only 367 bucks for. When I asked why, I basically got a shrug. I have gone here for years, and I used to trust them, but no more. The big guy who is now running the garage is rude, arrogant and apparently doesn't care if you bring your business there or not.
Thank you for leaving a review. All these years later, and without a name, I cannot speak to what the discrepancy was between our pricing and what Cole Muffler gave you. We apologize for giving you the impression that your concerns and business were not valued. If you were to come back to our business now, please be assured that you would be treated with respect and given our very fair pricing (labor is billed at real time, not at the more standard inflated book rates, and parts are billed out below retail).

Provided by YP.comCrown vic. had a coolant leak.Brought car in for diagnostic.Was told it was intake gasket that needed to be replaced.320$ later,After replacing intake gasket,they decided that 5$ heater hose was the real problem.315$ wasted.Pick up car,engine dies twice before leaving parking lot.try to leave,cant drive car.Return inside,was greeted by a laughing mechanic saying"she don't run like she used to,does she..we had a flood of water pour in your engine"

3 days later , finally get car back. 70 extra miles on odometer...1/2 a tank of gas missing....where had they been driving my car?!?! get car home..runs rough.don't care..not taking it back to them..been ripped off enough for 1 week.
open hood once home...can smell antifreeze from a leak.The leak i took it in to get repaired originally.Still leaking...noticed wire harness cover is now smashed as well.Antifreeze spilled all over engine.Car is worse AFTER they "fixed" it!Runs REAL rough. going to have to replace my car because i took it to Sidney Tire to get a simple coolant leak fixed.
Highly unprofessional.If you value your car , never take it here.
