Got a letter to contact Donna but she never answers or return call messages another lady told me she never does and that no one in the Tyler office does their job or care

The only reason I didn't give this office a 5 star is because it was a bit understaffed and there was a wait time. The security officer was very helpful and the lady I met with was above and beyond what I expected. She provided all the information requested and was very pleasant the professional. Thank you!
