Provided by YP.comI purchased hatching eggs online from them. After my order was placed I received an email stating they could not fulfill the order and asked if they could send something else of the same breed. I said I wanted what I ordered or a refund or the order delayed, at a minimum I needed at least 3 of the eggs I ordered, but could accept eggs all of the same breed. Almost a week later I emailed back only to get a short reply the next day stating that the order might be 4 of each color of the breed. Then a voicemail the next day providing a tracking number. When the eggs arrived I looked them over checked for damaged air sacs or cracks and set them to rest for 18hrs.
I am an experienced hatcher. I set the eggs along side other eggs in my incubator. On Day 3 I found a weeping egg. On Day 5 I candled, as always, and found 3 blood rings, 7 clears, and 1 with proper veining. I left all 11 eggs in the incubator until Day 9 just in case, but on Day 9 I took the 10 eggs out of the incubator as nothing had changed. I decided to do eggtopsies on the 7 to find out why they did not develop. When I cracked them open, they looked like normal eggs, but none of them had the pre-embryo bullseye. This means they weren't fertile. At this point I was extremely upset, and contacted them for a refund. I thought they must have known, when birds take breaks from laying they often take breaks from breeding, too.
I received a very offensive response first, to which I responded that the vulgar language had no place and was very unprofessional in a response from them and attempted to explain the situation one more time. To which came a response with threats and name calling, they wrote c*^+, b!+ch, f*** in reference to me.
All in a matter of 8 emails... The lack of respect for their customers is astounding!
