I was unhappy because I was told I had so many things wrong when all I asked for Logan to do was brakes. I told him I had heard a grinding sound and he said he checked and my WHOLE tran line needed replaced because it was loose. I said that I only had certain amount of money to spend and what did I REALLY need and he said the brakes and ball joints. Come to find that he only did front pads and ball joints because doing all the brakes would be too much and he wanted to stay within my budget. I was upset I wanted all my brakes done. Plus, when I went in to pay, he said he didn't have cash but clearly did when he opened his drawer. He paid my change back to me but shorted me $3. I thought he would catch that but he didn't seem to. I decided not to worry about it since I didn't see going back. I went to another local place to find out what the noise I was hearing was since this Logan person was telling me it was one thing. The other place said it was just a piece of metal rubbing on a rotor and moved it away and no more noise. No trying to tell me my whole trans line needed replaced. Nothing like that. Never going back to addicted to auto...sorry but not happy there. The first time i went to him, he did great on my defroster but really did disappoint the second time around.
