This flower shop is awesome! I live in Norman, and I still go to this shop to get flowers and gifts. I love looking around the shop to see what new items they might have. Any time I am not sure what I want, they help me figure it out and make sure it fits my budget.

As a teacher and sponsor for some activities at Tuttle High School, I have used Flower Boutique for events I have decorated. The owner is amazing and has gone above and beyond to help me. I have also used the shop for personal use, whereas she was just as helpful and personable.
