Over the past couple of

years, this nation's economy has caused thousands upon thounsands of

families to lose their homes to forecloseure. At this same time, my wife

Cathy switched jobs. I am a truck driver and on the road most of the

week. This job switch meant she could be home on the weekends but also

meant that she would be unemployed during the summer months, drawing no

paycheck as her new employment was with the local school district.

Making our mortage payment began to get harder and harder to make every

month. We were sure that we were about to take our turn in this long

line of foreclosures. We figured that we already had two strikes against

us. Being from Illnois, the leading state in foreclosures and our

lender, Bank of America, who leads all other banks in foreclosures, we

just knew our number was up. After hearing different ads about

organazations like your own, we figured it was worth a try as a last

ditch effort to save our dream of being a home owner. When I first

called you about our situation, we just knew that we were whistling

dixie. You explained to us how this program worked and what was required

from us. We have never been so skeptical about anything in the past. In

this day and age, there are so many way to be scamed out of money and

we were sure that we had found the latest. After speaking to you several

times, we decided to step out in faith and give this program our best

effort, afterall, we are talking about our dream. We proceeded to do

what was required of us and proceed with the program. After about six

weeks, we received a call from Bank of America with a offer to lower our

interest rate from 6.125% to 3.75%, move the payments that were in

arrears to the back side of the home loan, and to forgive all late fees

associated with the loan. Upon receiving this offer from our lender, we

have never been so relieved. We firmly beleive that we would never be

able to accomplish this task on our own. It is organizations such as

your own that make this posssible. Thank you so much for taking the time

to explain to us multiple times about this program thru all our

skepticism. May others that share the skepticism that we felt also step

out in faith and save their own dream.
