To whom it may concern: I want to express my sincere thanks to Brett Sweet, master technician for Dent Rejuvenator. Brett has worked on several of my cars since 2004 to my complete satisfaction! Bretts professionalism and customer-orientation shows, whether hes working on my wifes mini van, my everyday commuter vehicle or my classic 1987 Buick Grand National. Brett treats them all equally; and with each he painstakingly and meticulously massages each dent until they miraculously disappear! Ive had him work door dings, fender dents , creases it doesnt matter, Brett has successfully tackled them all! wanted to let all know my experience:

I backing my Lexus RX 300 into a fence post in an unfamiliar driveway, I did not want to file an insurance claim and see my insurance go up. Instead, a friend told me I have to call Dent Rejuvenator. I went to their website and was impressed that they enjoyed an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau. I contacted them and found that their estimate from my digital images was a little more than half of what a body shop had quoted me and they were able to schedule an appointment quickly for my service. Since I have owned this car since it was brand new and did not like the idea of having it in the body shop for a week or so, I decided to give them a try.

It does not do justice to their company to simply say they provide good service. When the technician, (who was actually at my home a half hour BEFORE his scheduled appointment time) found that two brackets on the bumper had been broken by the impact (not visible from the images that I sent them), Mary found them at two different dealers and brought them to my home. That may not seem like much unless you factor in that their business is in Irvine and Mary drove to Westminster and then on to GLENDALE to retrieve the parts and then delivered them to my home in the San Gabriel Valley. Were the parts pricey, maybe, but not when you consider the time, mileage, and vehicle wear and tear that she encumbered in getting them to me in a timely manner.

There employee was a perfectionist. He reworked a couple of areas that he was not satisfied with and the end result is just impressive. In two areas, he repaired some minor damage that wasn't even on the estimate...he felt that they would detract from the finished product and my customer satisfaction.

When everything was finished, we ended up not being able to use the rear deck trim on the bumper. The nearest Lexus dealer did not have the part, it was Friday evening, and it appeared that a return trip would be necessary. Not so; the owner, Brett Sweet, found the part and drove through busy Friday evening traffic to arrive at my home at 7PM just to be sure the trim piece was in place. This was a piece of protective plastic that could have waited until Monday, but Brett is determined to have full customer satisfaction.

Needless to say, I recommend Dent Rejuvenator and encourage you to consider them if you have bumper or body damage. It would come as a shock to me if their work did not exceed your expectations.
