Ordered and paid for dumpster to be delivered to my home. It was supposed to be here Thursday afternoon for clean out prior to moving. I got home from work and no dumpster. Called and the Rumsey staff said I will have one of the drivers call you. No call. Call Rumsey again as they are open 24 hours. Got answering service, left a message. NOT HAPPY. THEY WILL REFUND SOME OF MY PAYMENT!!!

Called again, got a very nice woman who was going to call and get me answers then call me back. That was 40 minutes ago and now it is getting dark so I see no dumpster I
this night. Think before calling this company for your refuse removal needs!

poor website. has no information on different types of dumpster rentals and prices. waste management web site much more user friendly with way more useful information. rumsey has too many different web site choices when googled. overall my score 0 out of 10 or a 0.1 on a 5 star rating
