DO NOT TRUST!!!

JJ and Tony came to my house to repair broken rv pipes. He has a contract that he didn't show us. This contract gives him permission to work on the rv and to collect payment when the job is finished. (had we known we wouldn't have paid him) JJ and Tony cut a hole under the floor to access pipes. (the entire underneath should have been removed to do the job correctly.) He did NOT have permission to cut this hole. He cut pipes all over the place,replaced with "old school" pipes and fittings with PVC glue. He told us to give it a few hours to a day before turning the water on to give the glue a chance to dry. My mom waited two full days. When we turned the water on,the pipes actually leaked worse than they did before JJ and Tony started. Since we had a trip planned (for my mom's birthday) we needed the rv fixed asap,if possible. We called JJ several times and several days later when we finally spoke to him,he told us his dad had a heart attack and we should have let him come back out to "fix it". By this time we had taken the rv to another place. This is when we found out he cut the hole in the floor. JJ refuses to give my mom a refund,hung up on her and said "I'm the same s*it head today as I was yesterday!" I must say,this is the only thing I agree with in regards to JJ. I don't think he should be allowed to run a business and should have his license taken.
