Recently my daughter went with her best friend and her Mother here to get a Pedicure. The two girls were appalled at how the Mother was treated. The Mother, having health issues and unable to care for feet properly, was utterly embarrassed! The employee made faces and turned her head away while she was "doing her job" and the other employees laughed when she was making comments directed at the Mothers unkempt feet. If your employees can't handle cleaning feet then they shouldn't be in this profession! Every time my daughter and I have come to this spa in the past, the employees are rude and do our acrylic nails in 15 minutes! I suggest Management teach their employees the definition of RESPECT and CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Worst nail salon I have been to. I had fake nails put on and a pedi, they put the nails on so badly they came off after three days, when I got in their they had a quick get in and get out mindset. They don't care.

I love my service there. They are kind and polite. My favorite tech is Kally. She is the best.
