Manager refused to sell me a bottle of wine for what it was marked. It was $1 difference, and I explained I wanted it, but for the price listed on the bottle. He argued with me, and then said loudly "NOW YOU'RE NOT GETTING IT! BYE!" All of this in front of people. I was astonished he could treat a customer this way over $1 and the store's mistake. It's the principle. Sell product at what you have product listed especially when it's that small of a difference. He lost a loyal customer and many more as my friends and family have vowed they will never give that store another dime after treating a customer that way. Hope it was worth it for $1.
