High prices for low quality entrees. Sirloin tasted like liver and was tough as shoe leather. I shall NOT return.

This is really a great little place with nice atmosphere. Our server was good however the first lesson in customer service is making sure the customer is happy. We have been to Cardigans twice and things were great. We eat out every Friday night. However our latest trip wasn't so plesant. I order the stir fry and it come out like a soup, tasted like the frozen Health Choice meals. However all our waitress could say was, "Oh that is too bad that you didn't enjoy your mean." I had about 6 bites and we tried a couple of things at my suggestion to make it worth eating. To no luck everyone else was finished and my food was still no good. Nothing more was done and it wasn't an option to remove a $10 dish from our ticket that wasn't worth eating. This is the first place that I have ever eaten at that didn't remove a dish from the ticket. That includes some very expensive places also. So in an ecomonmy where we are looking for business, mine just left never to return here.
