The doctor needed to explain the nuance of IC. Was the IC visable on the cystoscopy or was the doctor only relying on the report of a previous doctor.

My PSA level went up on routine screening. Although I had no symptoms, Dr. Galich arranged thorough testing to determine that this was just from benign prostate enlargement which can be normal as the years go by. Everyone should screen their PSA level once yearly after 50. His office is friendly and efficient.
