absolutely the worst service i have ever used. we filed with them in feb. it is now the end of june and our taxes are still under investigation because of mistakes made by this firm in the filing process. the company refused to talk to us about any issues. when we contacted the irs we were told the whole reason our taxes were being examined is because the company never responded to inquiries from the irs about discrepancies. they used the wrong years w2s for my wages pushing us into a much higher tax bracket and charging us more money, they claimed my sons income as my husbands who is disabled and DOESNT work, they misfiled on an of age dependent (my 18 year old son who lived with us) and misdated two of our minor childrens birth dates. we tried and tried to contact someone in their office who could help us and were repeatedly told there was nothing they could do to help us. well, now my husband is DEAD and i cant even claim the return because it has to be completely amended from top to bottom and I cant sign his name without paying for a lawyer that I cant afford to claim administration for an insolvent estate. my husband litterally owned two boxes of personal property and a claim of a share among 6 other people to an acre of land his father left him. it would have been nice for my husband to have enjoyed the return money the last few months of his life since we couldnt give him anything else because we are barely keeping our heads above water to keep a roof over our heads and food in our bellies. thanks so much for causing the worst year of my life to be even worse. the only reason i even put one star on here is because i cant post a review without it. i want EVERYONE to know not to use this company.
