I agree that the group with the negative reviews was likely one person or a group of people who were seeking comps. The reviews were difficult to read with the same level of illiteracy and some of the same terms were used and all on the same date. Hardly fair to a really decent and reliable venue.

Having read the three poor reviews, I noticed they were all done on the same date. This tells me they may have all been from the same party and just decided to support one another's claim.

I have never been to a Cheese Cake Factory Restaurant so I am unable to offer a review, but I do believe it is all about how you address your issue, with the food, to management. Was it done in a professional manner, or did you add some "attitude" to go with it?

In fairness to the restaurant, I would not put much credence in these few reviews. Unfortunately, I have to give a rating before my 'review' is accepted, so giving the benefit of a doubt, is where the five-stars came from.

So i've been there one time and thought that the steak-diane/shrimp scampi was tasty but no one ever gives enough meat or seafood for the price, also the cheesecake was great, so i wouldn't say don't go just give it a chance but do plan on doing something for a few before you eat... there is probably going to be a wait... there was for me and my woman, and according to some of the other reviews there was for most of them too so like i said plan somethin before you head out.......



THIS IS BASED ON ONE TRIP TO THE FACTORY.

We went to Cheesecake Factory recently to celebrate a birthday. The wait for seating was only about 15 minutes. The menu was huge. The only complaint that I have on the menu is that there is no separate kids menu, so we had to figure out something from the appetizer list. We did have some trouble with my husband's meal arriving late, but the manager came over, apologized, offered to bring some soup while we waited and gave my husband a free slice of cheesecake for his trouble. The service was very good otherwise. And the cheesecake? Delicious!
