They have a nice mission statement and clean store with helpful people, or so it appears. They will try everything to get your vehicle on their lift before giving an estimate. Shop around and get to know your repair options before trusting this shop.

VERY nice people, price seems fair.

When I received a second opinion about an estimate provided by Will's, I learned that they had misdiagnosed my vehicle (and that their price wasn't competitive either). I ended up saving about $2000 and getting all my symptoms addressed by going to another provider and receiving different repairs than those proposed by Will's. Will ignored an email about this issue, and when I visited in person he acknowledged ignoring my email, refused to provide a refund, and wasn't even willing to review the competitor's repair notes or invoices. I know it sucks when a customer confronts you with unpleasant info about your service, but Will's handled it badly.

I took my Suburban to Will's because it kept stalling. They found the problem (fuel filter), replaced it and had me back on the road in no time. They were extremely nice and a pleasure to deal with. My brother had the same problem last year with his Suburban. He took his vehicle to the Dealer. They kept it overnight and charged him nearly twice what I paid to Will's for the exact same thing.
