After being in the restaurant business for 30+ years, customer service has always been a priority. What I�ve seen personally from this company is that they lack this as well as organization skills in their billing department. Do not use them unless you want something to be completely broken and get charged for it. STAY AWAY, read their yelp reviews and other reviews on Google before contacting them.

I have been in management in the F and B industry for over 15 years from hotels, restaurants, and resorts. If I could give them no stars I would. They are overpriced, billing department is a joke to work with, unprofessional never arrive when they say just to name a couple of items. Don't waste your time and money. You have been warned!!! I would leave my name but I currently work as a department head for an upscale hotel chain.

I don't know what happened with the other review but we experienced the exact opposite. We are coming up on our 28th year of business and have used several different companies over the years. Varitech has always showed up when they said they would. They have fixed everything we called for service on. They are honest and reasonably priced. I have not had to call anybody else in the last 5 years since I began using them. I highly recommend Varitech.

I am disappointed to read an anonymous review for a service call of which I don't have knowledge of any issues. I have always appreciated an opportunity to make things right if an issue is present and will continue to do so. I had called varitech to work on my walk-in unit and ice machine. They did a horrible job and were unable to conduct a service call. Being in the restaurant field for over thirty years I was very astonished. Very disappointing! I was able to get a technician who conducted a very good job out to my location that afternoon and I was quite impressed. I would not recommend varitech for work on my enemies restaurant none the less anyone else. Your better off going to Google and typing in ice machine repair tucson. Horrible!
