I brought in a T shirt that was a gift from my sister. I wanted to change the collar on it. I brought in some lace for her to sew around the collar. When I went to pick it up, I tried it on. The lace did not lie flat against my neck, so I asked her to take a minute just to pull the lace flat and make a couple more stitches on each side so that the lace lies flat. She pinned both sides down and then said.."Before I do this you pay"..Then I said, "No, after it is finished I will pay". This will only take you a minute" Then she went into a rant, yelling at me and following me out the door and around the parking lot, harassing me saying she is going to call the police and tell them I am a bitch and treat her like a slave!!!

I've had her make tucks in waist, shorten length, replace zippers in pants and capris, lined and unlined. She took the shoulders in on a blazer style jacket and shortened the sleeves. Pretty much everything I buy needs to be altered, and this is where I go. I'd say the price is most reasonable.

I had two pants altered at Stitch Wiz and both hems were puckered and crooked! When I asked about the poor job I was told that it was the material. The material was 98% Cotton 2% Spandex like most of todays pants. I had to take them somewhere else and pay to have them resewn. I do not recommend Stitch Wiz to anyone!
