I'm with the other reviewers. I recently retired from the military and moved from a house managed by the company. They practically stole 80% of our deposit when we moved. They charged us on items that we put in our move-in checklist and even when we used a company that they recommended to clean the carpets. It was a horrible experience that I never want to go through again.



One occasion, our AC wasn't working during the summer heat. We just brought our newborn from the hospital and couldn't go inside. It wasn't until I threatened to have to go to a hotel that they sent someone out. Still took an hour for the guy to get there.



Bad business. Stay away and don't rent or let them manage your property.

I DO NOT recommend renting a house from Rincon Ventures. If you do, don't plan on getting any of your security deposit back. I'd hate to think what we'd have been charged had we actually damaged anything. We were charged $300 to touch-up the walls near door handles where our "body oils" got them "dirty." When I inquired about this charge, I was told, and I quote: "$300.00 is lower than most invoices we receive." In full disclosure, we were also charged $175 for cleaning (we are clean, young professionals and left it as clean as we would have expected any house to be at move-in) and $140 for carpet cleaning (carpets had been cleaned, but "were not re-fluffed properly"). If you're good tenants who pay on time, are friendly, and leave a house with no damage, human landlords tend to respect that and usually will take care of what Arizona considers "ordinary wear and tear" on move-out. Not Rincon Ventures. They are a business looking to make money any way they can. Period.
