The place is way over priced. Should have known when they handed me an iPad to fill out forms and offered to make me a cup of coffee that I was at the wrong kind of dentist. Ended up going to a dentist on Ina road that knows how to work with my insurance and ended up paying 1/6 the price out of pocket that this place was trying to charge.

One of their previous hygienists was interested only in her fees. After 90 minutes of waiting for a cleaning, she refused to do it unless I paid for a more expensive treatment. No call from the doctor when I left her care.

I had my fillings done there with Dr. Kraft, and one of them was bothering me. I kept going back to see if they could fix it and after the third time of getting a bite adjustment, they told me to go see a Root-Canal Specialist. I went to another dentist, and I did not need a root canal, I just needed to get the filling replaced since it was done incorrectly. I am very dissapointed, I feel like they just wanted to pass the problem to someone else instead of taking care of their mistakes. Be aware!
