the customer service was horrible, my maid of honors dress basically fell apart at the back zipper two hours before my wedding and my mother had to sew her into the dress, and when we tried to get a refund or % back the owner was very rude and refused to take and responsibility for the dresses dysfunction, i would never recommend this place to anyone, all my bridesmaids dresses were messed up at the strap connection.
