DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE . My aunt who is blind, elderly, and sick came to Moonlight yesterday to get a manicure. It was the first time in a long time she had been out and wanted to feel special because she has been going through dialysis. The man working there did a terrible job of painting her nails, and since she is blind she had no idea. The nails were smudged badly, and had bubbles in the surface. Not only that, it was a terrible color - a metallic silver. She went this morning to have them fixed and waited an hour. I saw the nails myself today and again I saw badly smudged nails in an ugly color. The nail polish was applied thick. I went in to try to get her money back and the manager proceeded to yell at me, even though I kept my voice down. I let him know it was a disgrace to take advantage of a blind lady like that. He kept saying he fixed it, he would in no way repay the money, and if she wanted her money back she would have to come herself. So I went and brought her back. The instant my aunt stepped back in, they confronted her with yelling, saying they already fixed her mani. then they said she messed up her own mani. They were UNREASONABLY rude to a disabled woman who cannot see. They were yelling so much I could not communicate with them. To top it off, as we were leaving, he said - and I quote, " do not come back to my shop, because you cannot see!" And I replied "Sir, she cannot help it if she is blind" and he kept yelling at her to not come back because she cannot see. And this was the owners son-in-law, as he said.
