Loved this place. Took my dog who lost her toenail and had her quick hanging out there. My dog is scared of strangers. However, the vet and the vet tech were very kind helpful. Also, I called 5 other places before getting to this one. The other's were not able to get me into a same-day appointment. Madera was able to and for that I'm very thankful as well.

I have a dog with issues and Dr. Heather (the vet) has been amazing in working with both our dog and with us as a family. The prices have ake always been less than quoted elsewhere and we have always been quoted the correct price. We wouldn't go anywhere else!

This was the worst experience I have had in Tucson with a vet clinic. I was quoted a price for a procedure and when I went to pay the price had more than tripled. I waited more than an hour for 2 scheduled appointments I had. I was also charged for bandages after paying almost $500 for surgery. Wouldn't it have made more sense to charge it all in the surgery cost instead of charging another $20 for bandages after the cheque book was already out??? I hate being nickel and dimed. Give me the price and I will pay it. Needless to say I have not been back
