lied to and mislead !!!

i signed up for a month-to-month contract at the avondale location by a rep named Kendall. i had to pay first and last month membership fee, no problem. i asked how to cancel in the future should i not like the gym and was told point blank to cancel before the billing cycle. i did not like this gym and did call to cancel 2 days before my billing cycle. the counter girl said im supposed the cancel 10 days before my billing cycle and the other girl there said she thinks its more like 20 days. regradless i asked to speak to kendall and he agreed that he may had forgot to mention the 10 day clause and that there would be things to sign and send in to cancel. i told him i only expect him to honor what he said and he said he would. we shook hands and parted ways. a week later i have emails from corp LA Fitness wanting money. after repeated calls and run arounds i called back to my local LA Fitness and talked to Kendall. on the phone this time instead of face-to-face, kendall plays the "i nev
