Rita contacted me a month ago to tell me how good their company was. I called yesterday and we set up an appointment. Then she called to tell me that they couldn't help me. Claimed she had "forgotten" that they were very busy with 2 other newer clients and wouldn't have time for me. I have a SMALL business, maybe they didn't feel I would provide enough income for them.
4 days later: I finally remembered why the name Integrity Billing was familiar. I had signed this company up to do my medical billing 7 years ago. I never got any paperwork from the insurance companies, never got paid on one claim. When I called a few months later to find out what the problem was they said they were not going to be able to work for me after all. The owners need to look up the definition of "integrity"!! (I did it: the quality of being honest and having strong moral principles, decency, sincerity, trustworthiness.) Maybe they need a different name!!
