Worst experience I have ever encountered. I wish I could give him 0 stars. First off they charge way too much. I had my new dash kit and radio installed. It took them over 5 hours to do it. They installed a backup camera as well. They finally finished it at 730 at night but the next day I realized my leather on my car was ripped and the paint on my car paint was scratched on the back bumper. I know for a fact I didn't do any of those things. I took it back to them and Libron (the owner) started grinning and laughing as making it seem I was lying about it. He has no customer service whatsoever. He finally decided he was going to fix my seat. On my day off, I brought my car to him but I wasn't able to speak with him due to the fact he was busy, so I just dropped it off. I called later on that day asking when he was going to be finished. He told me hey don't worry about it, I'll call you when its finished and he said I'm doing you a favor for fixing it. He has no respect for customers. I hung up on him and he called me back and he started cussing at me saying shut the f**k up. I have no idea how this man's shop is in business. He rips people off, cusses at them, and has no respect for customers. If you were smart you would go somewhere else like Valencia Car Audio! I read another customers review on here named Jackie O. with somewhat similar story that I had at Cars R Us. I wish I had read her review. I am just writing this review so I can save other customers time, money, and just not dealing with Lebron at all. WORST OWNER EVER!

This place and there employees have always treated me great and there work has always been very professional. I would and have recommended them to anybody.
