NOT RECOMENDED!! I was completely unsatisfied and beyond irate at the service I received at this salon! When I first went in to get my legs and under arms waxed I was psyched that it was so cheap, but 10 minutes into the wax I quickly realized why. First, the lady who originally started to wax my legs had NO idea what she was doing just waxing in complete random spots then freaked out when my legs had turned red, she went and got another lady to make sure I was ok even though I insisted it was normal, which that lady had to end up finishing the wax.. I left the salon with my legs still prickly by the next day it felt as if I shaved 3 days before, certainly not how one should feel after a wax, you could see all the spots that both lady’s had complete missed. my friend went with me and got her eyebrows waxed and a manicure, she explained to me that the service was terrible, the lady’s in the shop weren’t friendly, seemed to just want to rush her out, and wouldn’t even let her put the pin in for her debit card INSISTED on doing it herself and after several minutes of dispute allowed my friend to finish the transaction. After going back in today, a week later due to a heck work schedule, the manager told me I could not have my money back nor get it fixed, persisted that I waited too long, that my hair already grew back in that time and I should have called (although agreeing with me that she wouldn’t believe someone if they called saying they weren’t satisfied and something was wrong so why call). Mind you it cost me $65 to get my legs and under arms done with a pre-determined tip which came to a total of $73. I have never experienced such a terrible customer service and lack of concern for their clientele’s money, more concerned for their own profit.
