I walked into Bianchi's on a fluke. It was a nice looking establishment and the smells coming out of there are phenomenal!!! The staff is welcoming and the atmosphere is comforting. I married into an Italian family and finding quality Italian food in Tucson is almost impossible. They hit it right on the mark and even my favorite (eggplant parm) which even the italian delis can't do right, they make to perfection. Thank you for the wonderful food and service.......... I haven't found anything in there I don't love!!

We were greeted by 3+ employees behind the counter and there were several customers eating and waiting. I am dieting so ordered the small antipasta. I had it in less than 5 minutes. My hubby ordered the veal parm sandwich which was delivered just a couple of minutes later. Everything was delicious! We have had the pizza also and they make it exactly how you want it. It is made fresh so takes a little longer than Dom:$&@s, but tastes great! Well worth a trip. I love it!

I walked in to order a pizza to take home. There was no other customers at the counter and no restaurant personnel either. I waited almost five minutes for a counter person to take my order. As I watched, it took her five more minutes to send the order back to the kitchen. About forty-five minutes later I had my pizza. I took it home and ate a slice. They advertised in their restaurant how GOOD their food was. I was disappointed. It was just so-so. I will not order there again.
