Got suckered with long lead times, parts out of stock without notice, no tracking info and management who is seemingly Missing In Action.



March 14th : Ordered all my parts.



March 18th : Called. No one answered the phones. Tried chat, someone finally got back to me, resulted in them calling me directly. Found out 2 parts were on back order with no ETA, but the rest of the parts shipped March 17th. Asked for proof/tracking, and to cancel those 2 parts as I'm not waiting. Asked for manager to call me back to process refund.



March 21st: Chatted with Ballistics folks, as I still had not received tracking number. Was sent 4 emails from Ballistics instead from their Intuit software saying I owed money. Chat guy told me not to worry about it. Still no tracking. Insisted on tracking. Find out part is actually on its way, should arrive 3/24.



No call from Ballistics manager for refund yet. Checked account, no refund yet. Scratching my head, wondering why I ever deal with this company.

Phone calls unanswered, voicemail and emails not returned. Is Ballistic Fab out of business? I can only hope so after such a frustrating experience.

Well I have to say if I was running my business like they do I would be out of business. The first order I made with them didn't even arrive. I had to make a statement on Twitter to get their attention. I guess scared of someone seeing the Tweet I posted, they contacted me right away and said they would get my order out to me immediately. It still took awhile to get it after a month + of waiting. Understanding their problem, I gave them another chance. I went ahead and ordered. Again the same problem. It is a month later after making my second order and still I have not received my order. On the web site claim ships in 48 hours or free shipping. After paying $80 in shipping I think I need my $80 back . I guess I'll probably get on Twitter again and share my troubles to get them to send my order to me.



Jeff Bullock (President of Ballistic Fabrications) if you are reading these post which I hope you do, you either need to hire more staff or get a business consultant

Bad, just terrible. Ballistic Fabrication is the worst. Wait forever for orders that claim to be in stock. Ballistic Fab has lost a customer for life.

Never answer the phone, late shipping, bad customer service. Just look at other reviews on the web. Avoid Ballistic Fabrication at all costs.
