We are extremely satisfied with the excellent service & products we received from Apollo Flooring!! From start to finish all was as promised. Stuart was great to work with & installers Ray & Tommy did an excellent job. My kitchen floor is beautiful!! Won't hesitate to call them again for future projects!!

On 3/31/16 we got our new carpet installed by Mr. John Dews. Mr. Dews was as nice and professional as can be. We want to give him a special thank you so that you can know that because of Mr. Dews professional attitude and his knowledge of how to install our new carpet we will be looking foward to coming to Apollo for our future needs in our other homes and rooms. Mr. Dews is one of those special people in this world that you meet and he instills the kindness and skills that are rare in this day and age. Once again our thanks goes to this man Mr. John Dews. Tim Bacchus Vice City Councilman for ward 5 Tucson President of Cherry Ave. Neighborhood Association representing 4565 homes.

First off, let me state that Danelle did a wonderful job. However, as far as this being a family business, Ted, falls FAR from the family tree of his father with regard to sales ability and communication with customers. After spending $1,800 on tile, I asked to take some tile home in my car. Ted felt it necessary to laugh at me. Not sure if it was because I'm a woman or that I drive a Lexus, not a F150. Note to Ted: I picked up 8 cartons later in the week in the Lexus and unloaded them to a dolly all by my self. In person, Ted comes off as "big man on campus", possibly due to his inheriting the throne of the business. Sorry, but you have the personality of a turnip. After buying four threshold pieces at a whopping $62, I found something better at Home Depot for $16. When I called to inform Apollo that I wanted to return them, it was only then that I was informed that they were not returnable. Nice timing, tell me AFTER I purchase them. On the phone, Ted presents himself as a big VA J J, offering to only give me a credit for future purchases. Well Ted, you can tell your father that after spending $1,800 in your store, then having to deal with you, I will not be purchasing anything from Apollo. That also goes for my tile setters and painter, who will be relaying my experience with Apollo to their own customers
