I gave this lady Eva or Angelina whatever she calls herself bout 6months notice to make a wedding dress. It was suppose to be done by a certain date. She was first suppose to show me the fabric before she started making it for me to approve, NEVER did. I gave her a picture to make it and website of dress, she LOST it. Went to my first fiting that was set for a date and time, we get there and she said, "oh did you get my message, your dress isn't here." Niether one of us had a missed call or message. She proceeds to say the dress is on it's way from Mexico, WHAT!?!?! MEXICO. She never said ONCE that my dress was being made in Mexico and they were waiting for it to get there by shuttle. We ended up waiting 3hrs before my dress finally got there after they said an hour wait. Then go to try my dress on, it doesn't even look like the freakin picture. She argued with everything I asked for telling me she's been making dresses yadda yadda years. Whatever, I'm the customer I'm paying you to make whatever the heck I asked for. So, she had to make a whole new dress, said it would be done in two weeks. Okay, so she finally produces another dress and it's not even half way done. She wants to give it to me the week of the wedding when it was suppose to be done a month before the wedding. Then she tells me okay she'll have it done. Yeah right, she tomorrowed me for a whole month saying oh tomorrow it will be done, then we call then its's a couple more days. She did that for a month and wanted to give me the dress a couple days before the wedding when I'm super busy with all the other wedding stuff. I told her, NO! I need that dress it was suppose to be done and again she tomorrowed me. I told her if she gives me the dress last mintue and something wrong, there's absolutly no time to fix it on such short notice. I put down half my money of bout $800, four days till the wedding I go in there to ask for a refund because I still had no dress, then tada magic, "oh your dress is done". She brings it out and it still didn't look like the dang picture. I had given her 3 pictures already and asked where the colored one was I last gave her, she said she lost that too. How do you make a dress for someone compared to a picture, when you don't even have the dang picture. The dress still wasn't done with the beading. She had added two rows of ruffles at the bottom, I NEVER freakin asked for ruffles. It was like she was making HER OWN dress. Forget what I asked for and wanted. I asked for my money back she refused. I was there for like four hours she didn't stand down. She did not care at all. We tried everything. Throughout this whole process everytime I called the store I could hardly get anyone on the phone that spoke ENGLISH. Everytime I said is Eva there, they be like WHO, WHO.....aneglina....no Eva. That's the name she gave me. I think the only reason why they've been able to stay in business is by saying they can produce something, have you pay and if it's not done right they don't refund. I mean come on this wasn't a prom dress or quince dress it was my freakin WEDDING DRESS!!!!!! I ran into 3 other people that same week I didn't even know that had used her
