We've been using the "doggie daycamp" for dogsitting for about 14 months now, not real often but when we need to come to Portland and are in need of a "safe and secure" place for Barney, our 18 month yellow Lab, we've been doing this - Last weekend Barney stayed on Saturday from about Noon to 6:30 pm, a day later he's got "kennel cough" - he is not exposed to any other dogs anywhere, ever - Left 2 messages with Petsmart with no response - I guess we're on the lookout for a new dogsitting resource

Great Puppy Training classes with Marg! She is knowledgeable and professional. After just 3 classes, our puppy has learned the basics.

Not coming back again!!! I used to be a big customer in PerSmart (Banfield) in other town.1. I used their boarding service once, and they did not follow up some of tentative data update. Of course, this made a big messy. We should spend 1+ hr there for immunization service.2. The boarding service team manager could perform her work better if she treats her employees and the customers with respect and better communication skill. It is not necessary or appropriate to point the finger to the customer face, or spoke 'imperative sentence' to her employees and customers, even if it happens at work. (I will follow up this issue with the Corporate office later)3. The grooming service hurt my pet tail, but I found it a few days later. I don't see I can explain or make my another day with PetSmart office again. Please check out your pet after grooming service.

This store is convenient. The associates are helpful and knowledgable. I love that I can go to the vet, obedience classes, have overnight dog care and purchase my supplies all in one great place!
